For the past 13 years, I've worked as a career professional in the retail banking industry. I've held roles in the retail branch environment as well as district and regional leadership, most recently as a First Vice President of a local community bank. 

As a leader and mentor, I've dedicated much of my own career to helping others succeed and find meaning in their lives and careers. 

While my clients are dedicated, hard working individuals who are doing the work to improve their lives, they've each attributed their success to the work we've done together.
